The International Dance Association of San Diego County is excited to host a Harvest Festival to remember! Dancers and non-dancers of all ages are welcome, and all events are free to the public.
Saturday:
• Flea Market for Dancers & Musicians
• Back-to-Back DJ’d Dance Parties
• Potluck Dinner
• Live-Music Contra Dance, featuring Dan Sankey (fiddle) and Travis Oliver (guitar), with Martha Wild calling.
Sunday:
• Flea Market for Dancers & Musicians
• International Folk Dance Lessons
• Live-Music Folk Dance Party, featuring local favorite Tzidia
The Flea Market will be offering DANCE and MUSIC related items for sale. Dance shoes, dance wear and accessories, dance music (in any format) … we’ll even have collectible vintage LPs.
This is a fundraiser in support of one of our dancers who has been battling cancer. If you have items you wish to donate, or if you’d like to volunteer to help with the sales, please send an email to info@waltznsuch.org.

Twice a month, on Thu afternoons from 11:30 - 2:30pm, the San Diego Park and Recreation Dept hosts a dance in the Balboa Park Club Ballroom for only $5. John Nagel, from the Balboa Park Dancers teaches ballroom dances from 11:30am-12:30pm. Live music from 12:30-2:30pm.
